Big news. Justin Jefferson has been my draft baby this whole offseason. Time to pivot. This is a huge improvement to the slot role in this offense.

Also, I don’t think people see what this does for Tre’Quan right off the bat, but it’s going to be big. You’ll basically play MT & Sanders to the left of the formation the majority of snaps, so coverage will be thickly shaded to that side. A lot of isolated opportunities for Smith to be utilized to best suit his skill set.

It's already set.

Roughly $5 million.

Nobody is gonna try to risk losing a first rounder by making an offer we may not match. So he's in the fold guaranteed.

We aren't signing Hill long term most likely. Which risks losing him next year.

I’m happy that we have a legit veteran, but I still hope we draft a receiver high. I’m sure that depends on what players are available as they Saints stick to BPA. Sanders’ best days are behind him at 33 y/o.
