Next time I have to get gas, which will probably be Wednesday when I go out for grocery pickup at Walmart, I plan on bringing a couple of clorox wipes in a ziplock bag and wiping down the handle thoroughly. I will only use my right hand to hold the pump, push buttons, etc. I will only use my left to open the gas tank, close the gas tank, open my door, and then administer sanitizer. I've practiced this in my head multiple times in preparation.

It's amazing how complex it is to do it right. Dont forget the sanitize the credit card before you put it back in you wallet. Also, find a gas pump facing the sun. I even try to avoid walking in areas that have a lot of foot traffic to try and prevent it from getting on my shoes.

This is why we needed leadership then, and still need it now. Those of ya on this thread knew what was coming. China welding doors on apartments for a lockdown should’ve gotten someone’s attention and said hey ya know we may want to start preparing. Or at least dust off the CDC playbook on how to deal with this. Or start fleshing our procedures on how the country was going to deal with it. But, no. China virus stay in China. Most of them will never touch a patient in their life, but they so willingly deny their staff PPE’s, punish their staff for telling the truth & asking for help.........some of these administrators just sound so STUPID, like “why are you even in healthcare & what planet are you on?”

Disgusting......and so unfortunate that they are in the healthcare field, because they sure are not helping people.

Because the one lasting legacy of the baby boomer generation is this. This society and every decision made is about money and bottom line. Not about the good of the people involved, not about the good of society as a whole. It’s bottom line baby and if people need to die to keep expenses in check so be it.

Mystery In Wuhan: Recovered Coronavirus Patients Test Negative ... Then Positive

NPR interviewed four residents of Wuhan who contracted the virus, recovered — but then had a retest that turned positive. What does that mean for China's recovery from COVID-19?

Some of those who retested positive appear to be asymptomatic carriers — those who carry the virus and are possibly infectious but do not exhibit any of the illness's associated symptoms — suggesting that the outbreak in Wuhan is not close to being over.

Asymptomatic ehh? You know there was a story today about Chinese made test kits that were recalled for being faulty. Might explain a bit of this.
