Who is your favorite underrated/unsung Saints player of all time? (1 Viewer)

Was it Fred Weary who played a stretch at corner with "The Club" cast on one of his hands? That's hardcore.

That was Fred Thomas. He was solid for a long time. A lot hated him near the end of his career with us because he was always trailing wide open receivers that the safety (Bullocks maybe) was supposed to be covering.

Used to love JJ McClesky on special teams.
I loved Keenan Lewis although he's not really unsung. He was a tough dude...hated the way his career ended here.
Was it Tyrone Young that they used to put in to block kicks before they changed the rule?
Used to love Jumpy Gathers
I feel like Eric Martin is unsung at time. Would love to have him in his prime right now. Prob my 2nd all time fave Saints receiver. Although that will might change in the next few years lol.

Tommy Myers. Was small even by the standards way back when, but what a player! Gave it everything he had on every play. Rumor has it he broke down in tears when he learned he had finally been voted to the Pro Bowl. Holds a few Saints team records

Also, Pierre Thomas. As someone mentioned, very underrated outside the WhoDatNation.
