I can't believe that his off field issues have kept him from being drafted and to this point hasn't been signed as a USFA. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Divinity played well in 2018 and has huge upside. That’s why he was always welcomed back after his hiatus. I’d take him on the team. I mean, what harm could it do?No one seems to know why he was away from the team during that period, but I think many viewed it as him quitting on his team. I'm an LSU fan and I never saw anything in Divinity that was special or made me hope he makes it to the Saints. His athletic traits are below average for the position. Hope he finds his way and has a career, but I'm not surprised he wasn't drafted.
I think his combine time was around 4.85 which is borderline slow for a linebacker.
