Cam Jordan, Demario Davis, Lattimore, CJGJ, Davenport, Jenkins, Jack Rabbit are all legitmate game-changing players.

Marcus Williams has had his ups and downs but he has proven to cover range and make plays.

When Rankins is fully healthy he has been a very versatile DT.

PJ Williams is kind of crappy in coverage but he is pretty lethal in the box and has changed some games with one play.

Anzalone has a ton of speed but just cant stay healthy.

Baun projects as a player with a lot of upside and will be used in multiple ways.

Our defense has a lot of exciting players. I'm excited to see how it all comes together.

Marcus Williams is the best player in our secondary , there I said it . Lattimore is good but has a lot of bad days just as Williams I believe it’s more on coaching then the players though, Some may think other wise but both have All world and All Pro Potential we have to pull it out and with CJGJ in the nickel and Jenkins at SS I think we have a excellent 5 that the boys can just go out and play

- he leads the team in INt since drafted with 10 and is top 5 in the NFL in INTs in that period
-

- He’s does a great job of taking away the deep ball thank 2011-2016 FS compared to now my how many forget

-His range and instincts are elite

-Marcus problem is and always has been he isn’t that great a tackler but good enough and since the Minnesota Miracle his confidence and hesitations in coverage has fallen improve that and #43 is probably the best FS in the NFL

Well, the PFF gradings would agree with this statement

I totally agree. I've always wondered why folks suggest we should get rid of Williams. He's still growing as a player and will only get better.

I like our de and think it’s overall a good de but I can’t remember the last time we had a ray Lewis, urlacher type. Maybe never

Our Defense won't be elite until our LB corps becomes great. The chain is only as strong as it's strongest link.

Also I'm not a fan of Dennis Allen. He's an above average defensive coordinator but makes slow in game adjustments and has below average play calls for our personnel in the last two minutes of close games.

We have. By far. The Dome Patrol.
This defense can be great, and I hope they achieve greatness, but we’ve def had more talent on D. Imo.
It could be with the right DC. Our DC is not going to win or get the best out of any player. SP has give him too many chances and it just not going to happen because he has met his plateau. Sorry about rantin.
