What y’all eatin’ - Coronavirus edition (5 Viewers)

I'm about to get fancy with some ramen noodles! I have some seasoned vegetable stock and roasted garlic stock that I'm using to cook the noodles and I'm rolling with a creamy chicken and a roasted chicken. I'm eating two.

I usually drop an egg in the noodles as well.

It’ll be our little secret, I was wondering if you slice a hard boiled egg after you serve yourself and put it on top of the bowl or you drop it in raw and let it cook. But you already answered that question

Yeah, I've done it both ways. Dropping it in raw is easier though.

Not quite, although I suppose I could do that. I typically just crack an egg directly in the boiling noodles with about a minute left to cook. Then add the peppers and veg after the egg. Works for me.

I misspoke because that's how you cook the egg in egg drop soup except you take a fork and twirl the liquid around as you slowly drop the egg in.
 
Homemade chicken noodle soup. I’m trying to lose weight and I’m craving a giant greasy double pepperoni pizza with breadsticks.
