I’m never drafting another receiver, tight end, etc.

I’m setting my draft as follows. Defense. More defense. More defense. If I think there’s great value in OL, I’m getting that.
But skill positions?
Never.
Is Mike great? Sure
Alvin? Of course.

But, as we’ve seen year after year after year......Sean can teach/coach anyone to be successful.

Latavius off the scrap heap? No problem. Colston, now Calloway, Willie Snead, Deonte Harris.....all 7th round or UDFA. He can find OL in UDFA. Sproles when no one wanted him. Pierre?

When was the last UDFA defender that really shined?
Shy T for a few moments?

While Mike is great.....we really should rarely ever give star WR huge money. Mike goes out, Sean adjusts, and the O keeps plugging along. Mike and Emmanuel out.......same old story. Moving up and down the field.

Now once we draft all these defenders, we need someone to coach them.

And this year, my first pick is a rangy safety. Without a doubt.

Uhhhhh no. You can do that as long as Drew is the QB. If this year is his last year then your plan is toast.

I think Jameis is going to be a completely different QB under Sean.

We know the man can throw the ball......has accuracy, has strength......his biggest drawback is obviously INTs.

I would absolutely give Sean a chance to fix why the INT's were occurring.....coch him up as to how a real offense is run......well before I took a first round flyer on a hopeful.

Always focused.

That’s evidence that much of our success is CSP scheme. It works better with superior talent but it can work with almost anyone.

That!!!

just trade all draft picks we got for a DC
Its atrocious to watch the wasted talent on our D

so much missed sacks, missed tackles and blown coverage from basically all players on D aint a talent issue

its plain and simple coaching
So coaching missed sacks, missed tackles and blew coverages?? Got it

We have lots of talent on D. The problem is that they never play together. It's nothing but individuals out there. We need teamwork.

We are back to Rob Ryanville where we never get turnovers.
