This... and I hope if this happens then Jameis moves on to another team next year taking what he's learned in his short time in New Orleans and applies it to resurrecting his career with another good team.
What people who are riding Taysoms jock
... and so it begins.
What’s more, how many teams have the same qb for more than 10 years? Us, GB, no other teams come to mind. NE just jettisoned their SB winning qb (just like Baltimore before them). Is 10 years really a “stop gap”?Taysom is 30 or in concrete terms 11 years younger than Drew who we all think is still a great QB. You can win a lot of conference titles, postseason games, and Super Bowls in 11 years.
I’d be happy with a good performance by whichever QB plays.
Disagree or upset? Those are not the same things. I really doubt most people who thought Jameis should start (like me, Taysom Hill jersey owner) will be UPSET of Taysom goes out and does well and wins the game.Yep, somebody is clearly upset that Hill was named the starter.
His 30 years old are not like your 30 years old.Its the fact that he is a 30 year old quarterback,
Payton has been watching him for 3 years. How much more time do you think he would need to figure it out?It will take time for payton to watch him and figure out how to build a successful system around him.
So has the body of any NFL player not using his leg.His body has taken a beating since he has been with the saints
Are there not other players who can make plays?you lose some one who plays multiple roles on offense where he is damn near unguardable and some one who has blocked kicks on special teams.
Ironically, the Bucs...I would rather go with a younger quarterback and not be having this same conversation in 5 years.
