LeBatard & ESPN parting ways (1 Viewer)

Loyal LeBetard listener/viewer; can't say I saw this coming, but it was certainly in the works. Don't always agree with the position he takes, but I appreciate his passion.

Yeah, the show is quirky, takes a little getting used to and such, but he always tended to push the envelope a bit. Completely enjoyed how he railed against the ESPN "machine".

I wish him well and will follow him; wherever he ends up. Stugotz/Weiner can go. Hope that Mike, Roy, Guillermo and Chris can land on their feet. Chris had been laid off a few weeks ago, but Dan kept him on and paid him out of his own pocket.

I’m not able to listen to his radio show anymore, but I used to really enjoy/appreciate

Kind of a bummer, but I'd like to see/hear him on another platform. I appreciate how loosely they stay to sports, it is just a fun show. Have to hope they all find a way to stick together...and bring Allison back!

One of the best shows. Unfortunate they are parting ways. The only show i can stand right now on espn is keyshawn jwill and zubin.

kellerman, greeny, and chiney and golic are so "uncontroversial". No humor, and too boring to listen to.

i just upgraded my siriusxm account so i can listen to dan patrick show and rich eisen show, espn now is too bland

I thought everyone was tired of constant talking heads. I guess not. I can do without all the talk shows. Maybe it’s just me...

lebatard was much better before espn kept digging their claws further and further in.

he was also rather vocal, albeit subtle, disdain for the company and their rules.

They need to go back to the original format of news a few times a day then the rest sports of all kind.
i really don't understand how/why the sports channels did not rebroadcast actual sports during this work from home time
when i would wake up early, i would regularly see Korean baseball or Aussie rules football or rugby on
why not just run 4 "get ups" or 'sportscenters' instead of 6 and rebroadcast actual sports?
