Dammit i used to think he was the coolest mofo on the planet

He’d rather live free.

Bruce Willis was asked to leave a Los Angeles Rite Aid on Monday after he refused to wear a mask, a spy tells Page Six.

The spy says people inside the store became upset that Willis, 65, wasn’t wearing a mask — despite having a bandanna tied around his neck, which he could have easily pulled up.

We’re told the “Die Hard” star, who was photographed at the store without a mask on, walked away without making his purchase.

Why am I not surprised.

A friend of mine worked with him on that movie Perect Stranger circa 15 yrs ago, and said he was a total jackwad, like she couldn’t say enough bad things about him.. Which really disappointed me, and proves you should never meet your heroes... When i was 12, David Addison was the guy we all wanted to be when we grew up, and when i bought my first suit, i was hoping it made me look as cool as he looked on Moonlighting.. (Morgan Freeman voice: “It did not.”)

Businesses should be able to run themselves until they start making me do things I don't want to do while on their property?

Generally speaking, there are many more examples of Hollywood actors, famous musicians, entertainers, acting like divas, having condescending attitudes, or showing condescending or elitist behaviors in public. So lets not criticize Willis too harshly over an idiotic lapse in judgement as an isolated case of celebrity superegos dictating bad, individual decision-making.

A few examples of such above-mentioned celebrities who've I've heard over the years exhibit these behaviors are Madonna, Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg, Jennifer Lawrence(she's even admitted recently that she acts rudely/disrespectful!y in public as a defense mechanism), its well known that Neil Young is an unbearable, egotistical, overbearing butt crevasse who's alienated, disparaged, or humiliated friends, band members who've known him or played for him for years in Crazy Horse and thought he was their friend. Read Young's autobiography Shaky to get a better, more completely succinct perspective of Neil Young. Gene Simmons of KISS. Wesley Snipes, I've heard Metallica members Lars Ulrich and even James Hetfield aren't the nicest, most approachable guys, either.

As a longtime PF fan, I'm very aware of how difficult, potentially abusive and nasty Roger Waters can be. He's probably one of the most intelligent, lyrically creative geniuses in rock history and he did lose his father in WWII at Anzio beach heads(his dead body was supposedly never found.) and he's a lifelong socialist, so despite all the furious, vicious rhetoric and anger or even hate perceived in his lyrics towards politicians, organized religion, or cutthroat capitalism or lack of sympathy or empathy towards band members in the last, especially Richard Wright, RIP. I think there's still a lot of unresolved pain and deep-seated resentment regardless of what Waters might say or express now. Its still there and many PF fans !ike me and others Ive talked to over the years have seen it, too in interviews when it flares up under the right circumstances or whenever certain questions or issues are brought up.

I stood in line for 2 hours in 1988 to get Jose Canseco's autograph. He didn't even acknowledge me when I said hello.

I never watched baseball again after that. And to top it all off, 32 years later, his autograph is worthless.
