Yeah I was pretty P'Oed when he cut Everett. We had trash for QB's for 3 stinking years. That was a waste. Ditka came in and destroyed a team that was already built for him, all he had to do was keep adding talent each year. He couldn't do that right.Loved the 1994 throwback jerseys. They had both black and white throwbacks that year. Ditka should have kept Everett around. That year we had a top ten defense but Heath Shuler was a complete distaster. He rivaled the QB Denver pulled off the streets when they played us this year.
Those are some great cards. I don't have a facebook account. Looks like I'm missing out on some good stuff.
It's definitely interesting but also not without it's drama at times hahaThose are some great cards. I don't have a facebook account. Looks like I'm missing out on some good stuff.
Yeah, I'm not anywhere on social media. And after what they're trying to do to people, I don't want to have anything to do with them. It's definitely interesting but also not without it's drama at times haha

The best QB we had out of that group was Billy Joe Hoebert. We used to call Billy Joe Tolliver (Billy Bob Tolliver), Danny Weurful (Danny Awfull) and Heath Shuler (Cpt. Stupid)I think I blocked out just how bad those Shuler/Billy Joe/Wuerful years were
Combined QB stats:
1997 228-458 49.8% (!!!!!) 2901 13 TD's 33 INT's 50 sacks
1998 278-535 52% 3514 19 TD's 19 INT's 57 sacks
1999 288-553 52.1% 3498 16 TD's 30 INT's 41 sacks
Yikes.
