They cast his wife in the show so I suspect the Negan scenes are from a flashback episode, unless Maggie coming back pushes him evil again.

They cast his wife as his wife too, so that’s fun. But yea, I think there are a series of backstory episodes coming, and with him wrapping the barbed wire around the bat, I think it’s from his.

Negan and Maggie face to face? Pretty powerful scene. even though it was only a minute long scene.
They must have released this episode early, I didn't expect it until next week.

I forgot the name already, but I thought the guy was speaking French before I caught it again with the captions on. The dialogue on the whole seemed a bit muffled last night.

Maggie has never really been a make or break character for me on this show, but it will be interesting seeing her interactions with Negan the rest of the way.

The name he utters is "Pope"...the reapers are a new group that did not appear in the graphic novels. The sniper dude was an actor that previously played one of Negan's saviors...but not sure if that really has any connection, at all...but maybe?

I actually had most of season 10 on DVR and just hadn't watched them. I caught up on them during the past few days and I'm glad I did. TWD lost me for a while, but I'm looking forward to the last episodes of season 10 and then the final season.
