KYLE PITTS is the absolute cream of the crop this year at tight and will likely be the next star like George Kittle or Kelce, but the Saints have almost zero shot at him barring a trade up because he will likely go top ten.
The only free agents to speak of are Hunter Henry and Jonnu Smith but they aren't the type of game changers the saints need.
Adam Trautman is a great in-line blocker and route runner but lacks pure speed.
So far I've noticed 3 tight ends other than Pitts who could fill the #1 and #2 TE void should Cook depart.
Pat Freiermuth of Penn State--- reminiscent of Jeremy Shockey.
Hunter Long of Boston College--was second in receiving behind Pitts
Tre Mckitty of Georgia----Similar to Benjamin Watson and hails from the same Alma Mater.
The saints are in much better shape at wr and runner than TE, so do they take two in the first 3 rounds if they get to keep all of their picks?
