Britt Ried... Son of Andy Ried under investigation (1 Viewer)

nope. You seem to get taking this a little personal.

It's not personal, it's just that at first I assumed you were seeking negative attention.......but now it seems like you actually believe it, which is just extremely weird.

I think most parents would feel at least partly responsible. I know I feel my kids actions are a direct reflection of me and how I've raised them. I do realize kids make mistakes and the older they get the more consequences those mistakes seem to have. I just hope I've done my job correctly and my kids can limit those mistakes.

I have no children yet but I imagine that's how I would feel as well, especially when they're younger. That said I think it's all circumstantial as well. Some situations the parents clearly have left their mark and in others the kids did it all on their own.

You don't seem to like accountability. That's fine...just stop projecting on me

You don't seem to like reality. That's fine. Just stop spewing nonsense. šŸ˜‚

But I'm remembering now that you were the guy that claimed suicide rates were going to go up among teenagers due to quarantine, so yeah I'm just going to step to the side and understand what I'm dealing with here.

The liability falls with the Chiefs for hiring REid's son who had a history of DUI and stuff. Yes..alll liability should be on the Chief's organization. More than likely, the Chiefs will handle this as a big undisclosed lump sum most likely in the millions.....This will not get to court. Pray that the girl survives and that Reid gets some help he needs .

I truly don't understand how you can hold the Chiefs responsible. If he was the manager of a major grocery store in KC, would you feel the same?

The man is 35, he is an adult and should be held accountable. I"m glad my boss didn't feel the same way as you when I was in my early 20's making horrible decisions. My decisions only affected my checking account and no one else.

Suicide rates are going up for teenagers. Are you going to be in denial about that one as well?

Because that would change your mind? Yeah...I'm going to assume because you're on this forum that you have access to Google. If you want to look at suicide rates over the past decades...you can spend the few minutes figuring it out of Google. I'm not wasting any more of my time on the topic.

I can understand why you would ***** out in this situation. Plus my question was pertaining to Covid quarantine, not "past decades".

Ouch. You are espousing parental responsibilities yet won't share if you have children??

Having a child with dependency issues doesn't equate to the parent being a failure.

After Andrus came on here and completely slapped down basically every one of those wild claims Swimmer made in his final thread........that was the genius who stepped in and started casting doubt on the validity of Andrus's source.

You may have observed he's not a fan of being called out and asked to provide facts.
