TV WandaVision (5 Viewers)

So I watched the trailer for the next episode and I can't believe that they would give us that big reveal in a trailer. They show old video of someone that people have speculated on showing up mixed with clips from the show.

Unless it comes directly from Disney/Marvel, I don’t buy into it. Lots of fan-made stuff on YouTube and the like, including one last week that showed Magneto.

Sorry to direct this respectable lot to TikTok, but I just came across this video/theory, and I’d buy it. The only caveat would be that Agatha said she killed Sparky...doesn’t seem very “protective” of her unless he was a hell hound or something. :ROFLMAO:

An interesting theory. Agatha being a straight villain would be a departure from the comics, where she has been shown to be Machiavellian and manipulative at times but generally on Wanda's side.

Although Wanda did kill her that time.

But she got better.

For anyone thinking certain theories were debunked this week, just remember, many thought episode 6 squashed the Agnes as Agatha stuff. I think we get at least one more big reveal.

On another note, while this episode played as an homage to Modern Family, the opening credits were way more The Office- like. I'm kinda stumped as to what sitcom genre they have left to spoof.

apparently the opening theme was an homage to ABC’s Happy Endings... don’t ask me why, I don’t know anyone who watched that show:

I watched it, and actually liked it, but didn't make the connection. Probably, because it ran for, maybe 2 seasons, and it was cancelled almost ten years ago. I can see the influence, but, there's definitely some Office mixed in musically.

The closing theme gave me a weird Mary Poppins vibe

So what are the odds that whatever was going on in the basement leads to the Nexus of All Realities?

Odds of (Giant Size) Man-Thing showing up currently at .00000002%, but a man can dream.

If you watch again, the aspect ratio changed as Wanda went into the basement, signifying that we aren't in Westview anymore as it does when we check in on SWORD, so...maybe not as far-off as you might think?
