2021 Draft Prospects to Watch This Season (1 Viewer)

I almost NEVER like these all projection prospects, but I do like Oweh a lot. Oweh & Jimmy Graham are the only all projection guys ive ever really thought were gonna be good pros. For Jimmy, it was because of the basketball background & how he caught the ball so easily. For Oweh, it’s because you can clearly see how disruptive he was at Penn St. He just wasnt/isnt a finisher quite yet. In the pros, i think a competent DL coach/DC can sharpen what he already does & add new tools to his pressure repertoire.

I think top 10 is way too high though, given all the talent at the top. Those guys have both the production & projection to boot. As high as Oweh’s ceiling is (he could end up being the best pass rusher of this class), i cant ignore his low floor & the bust factor that always comes with. Oweh can be a super charged modern day version of Jason Taylor, or he could be a Vernon Gholston-esque flop. I think it depends on where he goes. I personally think Oweh’s best value is between 25 & 55.

I'm kinda counting on the Pat's to pick him at 15.

Reason being is because he is a deadringer for Chandler Jones but much faster.

Jones only had 10 total sacks in 3 years at Syracuse but had 35" arms and a 7.07 3 cone.

Ninkovich also had a 6.96 3 cone

Oweh is much faster than both and has 34.5" arms and a 6.87 3 cone.

Not sure if youve seen or commented about this player. He seems to have good hands, can make tough catches, has decent speed but doesnt appear to be a burner.

Recieving stats are fairly impressive and his play looks similar to M.T. Though i dont want to say wideout is like CGM. That is rare ground

A mock draft on NFL.COM has NO taking him in the second Rd.

St. Brown is literally a mini-Mike T. He runs the while route tree, is a hands catcher, he’s got excellent ball tracking skills & his solid in combat catch battles. On top of that, St. Brown is gritty as hell doing a lot of dirty work like blocking & running routes to clear up other targets. Love St. Browns overall game & i love his swag.

That would be a great pick then. It reminds me of last year when @sammymvpknight posted Callaways highlight video. First thing i thought after watching video is he reminds me of Colston except a tad faster.

At 2and glance his workout was very impressive.

6.81 3 cone
10'7 broad jump
38" vertical
4.5 40

He's drawing comps to Robert Woods.

The 6.8 3 cone was identical to MT and his 20 reps shows he has a lot of strength.

Really impressive routes there.

He's not the 200+ ideal size but he packs a bunch of strength into 197lbs with 20 reps.

Jeudy was also less than 200 last year.

@Joodas Avila

What's your take on Davis Mills?

I like he and Kellen Mond and Newman as potential starters.

You're the PAC-12 expert.

He even ran a 4.58 at his pro day.

Davis Mills is an incredibly accurate (ball placement) QB, and the way he stands in the pocket and deliver the football reminds me of Peyton.

I don't know what to believe about his 40 though.

I've seen 4.58 on NFL.com but then I saw Jim Nagy post 4.7 and 4.8 on his pro day post.

This is the most impressive pass that I've seen from him. @bleedit1960 and @Joodas Avila

Extremely tight window deep-middle of the field to Simi Fehoko over the corner and between the safety.

He completed it like it was just another day at the office.

I've also seen some very impressive tight-window throws from Kellen Mond like his TDs at the Senior bowl.

It wouldn't surprise me to see Mond and Mills taken in Round 2 along with Trask and Newman.

10 qbs will likely go before round 3 ends.
