Sometimes in there are burnt bridges and sometimes those bridges are blown up. I think the relationship between Russell Wilson and the Seahawks is blown up.I can only dream about Russ being a SaintsQB. I think it’s a pipedream

The new contract given to a lineman they just acquired and to Lockett are pretty indicative of Russ staying even beyond this year in Seattle. I dont think the Seahawks make those deals if they were going to move off Russ after this year.

Even if they decide, how much are you willing to give up and pay for him after a year of wear and tear? I am already not a fan of giving up 3 first rounder like some suggested.

I think a more relevant question may be if Pete Carroll will be coaching his last season in Seattle.

He is 70 years old, and we have learned he has his kids on the coaching staff.

I think that if a divorce is coming, it is easier to find a new head coach then a franchise quarterback.

Yeah, Wilson’s reaction to the Lockett extension ends all this speculation of him and the Seahawks parting ways. Certainly does not sound like a QB who wants out.

nailed it.

Maybe next year. The drama has calmed down a lot.

Next year, yes, but he’ll walk as soon as his contract is over unless there are drastic changes made.
