My guess is he is still rehabbing his Aquilles injury, and will not find a market until he proves that he is healthy. Do you think the team will or should be in the market for his services?

Not now. Maybe later if we don't draft a linebacker in the 1st round. 1 year vet min. I wouldn't count on him being the same player this year....maybe ever.

This is a question for later, after the draft and the second wave of free agency have passed.

We don't know if we will have a need. And also, Kwon has to prove he is healthy and ready to go, and at that time, there may be a market for him.

I would say yes if he's healthy. A 90% Kwon is still faster and more athletic than most. His energy was undeniable. I'm still down if we draft someone because and injury can occur on any play.

too many factors, I get it. Will he return to form after an Achilles injury, will the Saints draft a starting caliber LBer... but I hope they fill other needs in the draft and re sign him whenever he is cleared to play. Of all the players that were let go this year, I hope they find a way to bring him back.

I hope so. I know he would be out a while, but the instant impact he made next to Davis made it very hard to see him go. People are saying draft, but when is the last time we actually drafted a LB that made a big impact? I honestly don’t remember. Seems like decades ago.

Well, they drafted Mark Fields in 1995, but he played his best football with Carolina 😑

Before that, you have to go back to 1986 when they drafted Pat Swilling to find a great, drafted, LB that actually played great for the Saints for an extended period of seasons.

People are so quick to forget Stephone Anthony in 2015...
