What did you guys find in your back yard today? We found a 5' rat snake while I was cutting brush. My son is a machine....once he figured out it wasn't poisonous he went into full capture mode.

We actually turned it loose in the woods next to the house. They're good snakes to have around. Hopefully I don't end up hitting it with the weed eater or mower because I still have alot of brush to clear. We have several acres of woods next to us and they've slowly taken more and more yard space so time to cut them back. Full of poison ivy and poison oak but fortunately I'm not allergic to either so I can clear it without much issue.

My back is hurting today from running the chainsaw the last week or so...must've finally caught up with me. No work for me today to rest it so I'll focus entirely on miller lites.

I really shouldn't but I'm drinking wine tonight. I have work tomorrow and it's been hitting the 90s and the warehouse is hot as fork.

Well we went to run a few errands today, and we stopped at International market to get some rice, and I am pleased to report that they were sampling Patron and pineapple (resposado and anejo). Delightful. Then we stopped at Total Wine, and I sampled a lovely 10 year old rye called Masterson's (recommended) and three different kinds of Belvedere vodka (not recommended). Then I found 5 bottles of my wife's favorite Malbec that had obviously been stained by a broken bottle in the case, and they discounted them to $5/bottle for me.
