In a league where Trent Dilfer and Brad Johnson were the quarterbacks on Superb Owl winning teams, this admission by Saban shows what a fraud he is.
Never place him amongst the best football coaches of all time. He’s a great recruiter for sure, but great coaches win consistently even without the best talent in the league. That he quit after realizing he couldn’t stack his team and would be forced to outthink opposing coaches, reveals what ‘elite’ college coaches truly are.

At least Nick can comfort Urban after he gets run-oft from the NFL in a couple of years.

Lol, Saban can’t hack it if he doesn’t have the upper hand on his competition. I’ll give him credit that he has created quite the empire in Alabama. They have every T crossed and every I dotted whether it’s illegal or not. And yes, every program cheats in college. Some just have the better system and resources. And Alabama has the greatest combination of both.

Nonsense!

I like how teas think if they had Brees, then they would have had as much success as if SP had little or no influence on the teams performances. Plus it takes a lot more than a great QB to win. the histry of league of full of "great" QBs not winning or even appearing in a SB.
