No one should just GIVE the Saints respect. Respect in the NFL has more to do with what you are currently doing than what you've done in the past.

Until our new regime earns respect from the media, they can write about or assume anything they want about us. We (as fans) really can't defend something we haven't seen yet. I'm glad our team realizes that they must earn respect all over again.

My only problem is that the Saints always have to earn that respect, but the other teams seem to just get it automatically. They are giving GB respect because of last year, but the Saints have to start all over again. But, I don't care, being the underdog means that up is the only way to go.

The Packers have been able to show more in the preseason this year, while there was a smaller sample size from the Saints.

Games are won in the trenches. We were better as a group than GB everywhere but the secondary and WR corp. And I actually think our secondary may be better.
