Saints Rich Eisen giving props to Saints (1 Viewer)

It's good to hear that. I think going into yesterday no one really knew what our team was going to look like and that uncertainty went well past not having drew on the field because of the injuries. I may have missed the posts but I haven't seen enough props being given to Jones Jr. He was an animal running the ball.

Now that
we've almost had our 24 hours of happiness it's time to tone that down a bit. It was 1 game of a 17 game season. Let's put several of these together and watch this team grow and gel.....then get CGM back. Going to be an exciting and fun year.

[ps I made a few posts about TJJ...]

keep in mind we did the same thing to Tampa opening day in 2020, look what happened
...which is why we're all praying for an injury free season this year. Because you and I both know we'd have crushed them a third time if we'd had our key starters healthy (Brees, Michael Thomas, Trey Hendrickson, Latavius Murray, Jared Cook, and Terron Armstead all played with injuries [and probably more with lesser injuries who weren't on the injury reports], plus all the players we'd lost by that point like Alexander, Trequan Smith, P Rob, Nick Easton, and Cesar Ruiz).

And probably cruised into the Super Bowl as well. So, our opening day win told us last year that the team was a serious contender. That seems to be the message off of this game, too.

Stay away, injury bug, so this team can fulfill the promise it shows.

Rich Eisen is the FECES!!!
Oh, and someone needs to send MJD a CASE, of Haterade caps! PLEASE!
--Make em all Black and Gold, with a pic of our Super Bowl trophy on it, and Reggie holding it up!
I just looked up in my Thesaurus Butt Hurt. Guess what pictures I saw?
Besides, the Packer Fan Photos. :) --Yeah, MJD in his cute J'ville uniform

That was the most humiliating defeat of Rodgers' entire career. His entire career. It demands a shout-out.

Under the conditions the Saints faced with IDA, Drew's retirement, Jameis with his previous history, the Packers with their history the last 2 years, Rodgers with his MVP - most of the country was amazed when it happened. Even Las Vegas had it wrong. Not by a little. A lot.

It demands a shout-out. It was amazing to witness.
