A thing I take great pride in is that my kids can talk to me about ANYTHING. I didn't have that growing up. I couldn't talk to my parents about anything uncomfortable like that. I wanted my kids to have that. The other day my 15 year old daughter asked me if "douchebag" was a bad word haha. I told her yes then asked if she knew what it was, which she didn't, so we went over it haha

How that relates to this is I called it a "hootie hoo". If I'd read this before that I'd have called it a "goop" haha

What about taste? Still nothing? And an adjustment period isn't too surprising. Being hard of hearing, when I go a few days without wearing hearing aids everything sounds different and more sensitive. It takes a few hours for me to get used to the sounds again.

Today's issue for me is a rotator cuff. It's hurt off and on for a couple years but only when I lifted something using my shoulder...like lifting a beer cooler over the bed of the truck. Last couple days it's just been hurting for no reason and I can't find a comfortable way to sit where it doesn't hurt. I'm medicating it with Miller lites again tonight.
