USMNT - The Berhalter Era (3 Viewers)

Lol. I bet there's at least one.

Somewhat related, my girls and I just finished watching Maya and the Three, a Netflix animated series by Jorge Gutiérrez - it was good, they really liked it. Maya is a strong character. It draws from various Mesoamerican folklore. I mention it because one of the main characters is Lady Mictē, which apparently is based on an Aztec diety that was a precursor the more modern Day of the Dead festivities. I looked up the various "god" characters as we watched . . . really interesting concept, and the animation/action was fun.
My youngest LOVES that show

Just got to Sulphur to see elast 10 min in that game.

Wow. What a result for Canada. We are officially halfway and Canada sits atop the group. Crazy but they have some skill players and play well as a unit.

So the next window will be crucial. Drop a game and you fall back into the peloton. Things are gonna get pretty interesting as every game going forward will have pretty large implications.

For US, we have 2 home and Canada away.have to come out with 7 pts to really feel comfortable.

So didn't get to see much of US game. Saw bits ...field looked pretty choppy as usual. Saw the highlights...did not know Antonio was Jamaican. I've seen a few West Ham matches this season and he is in full form. That strike from 25yds out was a bomb. Left him 3 yds of space and paid for it.

I'm guessing the energy just wasn't there? I can believe it after that emotional win Friday.

It was actually almost 35 yards out according to ESPN FC Caught Offside podcast last night

The last clip of it shows he got a nice little bounce that allowed him to get his laces straight through it

Pretty sure I heard today that he was the only EPL player with 50+ goals none of which from outside the 18’
and then he goes and makes it from two 18s away
