Oh man, I loved those. Haven't seen them in years. I dont think they ever sold them up here tho.

I had some decent rolls and wanted a quick dinner on a Friday.

It was mostly quick. Julienned some golden potatoes for the hash browns. I like them crispy and the way to accomplish that is too soak twice, dry well and layer them thin in the pan. Made a quick cheese sauce, fried the eggs and used some tomatoes and deli ham I had in the fridge.

I looked it up after the reply to me and amazon still has it listed but unavailable. For a second there I got my hopes up. It came out in 2011-2012 so it's been 9-10 years.

I'd treat it like the sweet potato hubig pies. I used to buy 2 dozen of those and freeze them so I can have them year round. Easily the best Hubigs.
