He’s the most frustrating player on the entire team! When he plays, he flashes true greatness… and for a stretch he was the best player on the entire defense this season! BUT… he only plays about 3 games max before he gets another injury that sidelines him for 3 weeks or longer!

I just realized that Davenport is like a super charged, upgraded DE version of Ellerbe. When that guy suited up for us, our whole LB group seemed light years better. Problem was we’d get him once every three games. Then we were left with his daily, “blessed to see another day” tweets from the physical rehab facility.
Brutal.

I know people will forget how oft injured Davenport has been if he were to go to another franchise and become an iron man there. But, I just don’t see how we pay this guy to only give us six games a season.

CSP has multiple players that he should just plan that they will not make it a full season, whether bad luck or made of glass. The same names keep coming up.

Kamara is definitely not in this group though, CSP just ran him into the ground this season.
