I don't think most people necessarily believed it. Several basically prefaced their post by stating "if true...". because it seemed pretty far-fetched.

Considering there seem to be no children posting here, I suppose it’s not.

I think he means that it seems to be almost child-like to care so much about a game, to invest so much emotionally when we’re just fans, to argue about it so fervently, but hey, what’s wrong with being child-like?

I am much calmer now. Back in the day it would take me until Friday to get over a loss and more for a close one. Now, I am better by Tuesday. It still fun to talk and vent.
