Season tickets upgrade/relocation time (priority list first) (1 Viewer)

Im up to upgrade/add/renew at 5:00 this afternoon. Any heads up as to what might be available at the moment? Im not sure what to really expect.
Still plenty of availability in terrace and the expensive (club) sections. Very little (if any) in the 200s and 500s.
 
It’s unfortunate that as a “club ticketholder” I can’t even see the availability in the terrace (or even the end zones) if I wanted to relocate or even add-on seats to my account.

We know what they're doing here and why. I just question a lot of their deliberate calls concerning their existing season ticket holders.

So it's not just me? I was wondering why everyone was saying they see terrace seats available and all I see are 100 & 300.

That’s very disappointing to me. I just moved from terrace to club so I can still technically see the terrace offerings in my “offers” tab - but it’s disappointing that they make it hard for paying ticket holders to relocate to less expensive seats.

I mean, what if you’d just wanted to buy a cheaper pair in the terrace for your kids or grandkids?

Congrats! Good seats. I'm going to have to call them tomorrow. I relocated when talking to my rep on the phone but looking at my account this evening, I see that my old seats have been removed with a credit to my account, but I don't see my new seats.! Now, I'm not sure if they just cancelled my old seats and did not actually relocate me. I could be a very displeased person tomorrow when I call the Saints office.

That's crazy! There was availability all over the dome (except in the 500s) early this afternoon. But, they might have screwed me over for my relocation. I'll have to check on it tomorrow (I was relocating to slightly cheaper tickets). They might have decided to have a computer error.

Im seeing the same issue as well. The guy I spoke to while relocating didn’t seem to have a lot of my information at his disposal when we spoke so I wonder what kind of system they are using.

He kept asking me “about how much were your terrace seats?” I was like, “uh…shouldn’t that be in my file?”

Anyway, the seats I moved to were immediately removed from the “available” offerings while I was on the phone with him but I still don’t see them in my account - so I wonder if there’s just a system delay before they show up.

Same thing for me except didn't ask me about the cost differential. Sure hope you're right - that it is just a system delay. I can't even see the relocation map in SeatGeek anymore, so I can't see if my relocated seats would show as available or not.

This is actually wild man. I'd call and voice my concern, that's not right. You might not want to move from the 300s, but you should have the right to if you want.

Mine got updated on my SeatGeek account within hours. Just keep checking, I'd reach out to the rep you spoke to if they don't show up.
