What is the biggest problem for the Saints this year?

Where is the "Jinx thread" as an option that some keep putting out?

I got 6.5: (half of one is JW not being good...he isn't as bad as everyone is making out, but he isn't playing great either)

WHich leads me to selection 1...he's injured, pain affects thought process as well, I sit at a desk 24/7 and I had cracked ribs from a fall and it affected my thought process

Dennis Allen...needs to demand accountability we're playing too much "YOLO" ball.

Pete: No creativity, just a carryover from the old Brees offense, not playing to player's strengths, but amplifying weaknesses...no adjustments to what the D is doing against us.

Fumbles: Add INTs to that as well....not the INTs from last game, but the ones in the Bucs game really clipped our wings.

Refs: they can't be extending/killing drives w/ phantom calls...the cut block was bad, the H2H contact vs the Bucs was bad, the holding negligible...they have to be better.

Voodoo curses: as a man of science, have to leave this open as a possibility

Who says coaches can't be replaced? Coordinators getting fired in-season isn't uncommon. I think Pete should be fired and duties should be given to Ronald Curry, regardless of who plays quarterback.

How in the world can replacing the Coaching (or anyone on the staff) at this point in the season... going to help the QB or anything on offense? We aren't changing schemes or overall personnel at this point... we can't just scrap a whole offseason of work, planning, and playbook building... there is only one move that can realistically be made at this point... It may save the season, it may stay the same, or it may get worse... but there is only one move to make.

There is not only one move to make.

You don't think the playcalling hasn't been atrocious through 3 games? I'm not suggesting our overall scheme be changed, that could be done in the offseason. But at this point we just need creative and more importantly less predictive playcalling. We're telegraphing run and pass so bad right now. Better playcalling needs to happen no matter who is under center. Whether that's Pete or someone else (it would go to Ronald Curry if Pete was let go.)

No... I have no idea if the playcalling has been bad... because I have no idea if the QB who is running the plays is capable of doing so at a high and consistent level.

On top of that, Pete called plays in 2012 when CSP was suspended, and we fielded a top 5 offense (3rd I think).... Allen has fielded some our best defenses over the past few seasons... They both have more skins on the wall than our QB... and are far less likely to be replaced, or be the source of the issues.

There is only one move to be made realistically.

They're only 3 games into the season......
Yea.. every loss has been I'm the division and all NFC. Only 3 games into the season yes but keep dropping games and see where the team will be at the end of the season. Yall must enjoy 9-8 or worse. Keeping telling yourself it's gonna just turn around with a hurt player at qb and a head coach who looks lost with no answers in sight.

It has been real bad. We telegraph everything.

Don't let that 2012 offense fool you, that offense was bad. It was filled with garbage time yards, as we had a losing season (7-9). Drew threw 19 interceptions (2nd most of his career) and had his least accurate season ever as a Saint (63%). That season we telegraphed our playcalling equally as bad based on personel to the point where it was reported that we were passing 90%+ of the time when Darren Sproles was on the field, putting us in awful situations on early downs because we were tipping pass. Pete isn't the guy you think he is. If you think the playcalling hasn't been bad, you haven't been paying attention to the games, and you're just determined to put this sinking ship solely on the QB.

I have concerns, but watching other Teams throughout the beginning of the season made me realize a lot of Teams are trying to get in sync as well and this is not a Saints issue as much as it is Teams searching for a rhythm especially on their respective offenses.
