[Thursday Update: Winston not at practice] Winston not at practice. Taysom Hill taking QB snaps today.[Update 2: Rehabing Back, Ankle & Hip] (1 Viewer)

The mini fleur di lis' in the middle ruin it for me, just leave that all black or have a regular gold stripe, don't give us a bunch of mini fleurs in the shape of a mohawk.

I don't like that either. But I've found I'm in the minority on that.

So let me get this straight, Winston has gone from having 4 cracks in his back, to no an ankle injury and NOW hip flexor issues, and The Saints Coaching Staff, knowing just about every aspect of how a QB can be successful throwing the ball and moving in a pocket, still believe he should start this week?

That is Absolutly poor on DA and the Staff and shows they are not capable of managing a season.

Frankly if he has that many issues there is no way he should be starting even if we won last game.

This coaching staff has shown itself to be irresponsible and Loomis thought it was smart to put them in the positions they occupy.

It blows my mind N.O didn't give McDaniels the time of day and now the Dolphins are looking like a legitimate Superbowl contender.

This could and should cost Loomis his job. He has failed on all fronts this past year. From the Watson Debacle, bad roster building and hiring a known failure as a HC over what many viewed as an up and comer.

Even as a QB, half his plays would probably be designed runs for him anyway so what does the bulking actually hurt?
I think Taysom might be the best shot at winning. Defenses can't simply on a passing play just sit and wait on a ball.
He's a threat with his legs and has to be accounted for.

Dalton is a better QB yes, but Taysom offers a different dynamic that gives defenses fits.

Also Taysom has that it factor. The team just seems to rally around and believe in him.

True, but even with that 57 yard run taken into consideration it seems like we've had way more of his runs be snuffed out instantly resulting in 3-5 yard losses and killing the drive on the spot since 3rd and long is a death sentence for him.

So what sucks for JW is that he will only be given a certain amount of games to lose before the whole who dat nation wants him kicked out. The coaches are playing him hurt sacrificing those games instead of actually giving him a chance by resting him and letting him heal first.
they are essentially ruining his who dat career and possibly his whole career

I don't get it. How Winston is supposed to get better and develop chemistry if he can't practice. He hasn't practice for two weeks. QB just getting by and only participating in games and film study. That's not good enough.

He needs to get healthy and actually be able to get in the game prep process and throw passes every day. Then, we have the inverse of the rest of the team not able to gell together because they are practicing reps with Dalton and Hill. Then, it becomes a complete mess on GameDay.

This won't go well on Sunday.

Yeah it's very sad. I want to know how long he has been dealing with hip and ankle issues. With everything that's going on I 100 percent blame the coaching staff. Every player want to play, it's up to the medical and coaching staff to protect a player from themselves
