I was watching the NFL Network last night on the Senior bowl, and this kid looks almost as good as Dorsey. He is a stud. If we draft him, I won't be upset.

It would be a something special if the Saints could pull that one off.

I've said it before and I'll say it again

Ellis, if there, has to has to has to be the pick at #10.

However, I think it's too expensive with the holes we have to trade up for him. If he's gone, I hope DMac is there (If he's in the draft at all, doofus) and we can fleece the Cowgirls for there 1st rounders for him...that'd be sweeeet. Then we could pick up two of Lofton, Connor, Sims, Balmer, or the semi-eite corners...all of whom would be big upgrades

Ellis could be there, but Gideon, there is no way on earth that DMac is there. Unless his legs fall off.

I hae been looking at this hard and I thin kif Rivers and Ellisare gone we should trade back and take advantage of all the LBers in the late 1st and 2 nd round.

It's highly unlikely, I agree, but I've seen a fair number of mocks where, going team by team, Dmac slips to 10

Of course, the dude is a specimen and so will wow people at the combine, but I think everyone already knows what an athlete he is, and so it's more likely that a corner will jump ahead of him.

If that's the case, and if someone takes Ellis (lets say Miami take Dorsey, Oakland take Ellis), who else needs a RB in the top 10?

maybe Baltimore, but they need a QB or a CB more than they need help at RB - Cincy? Also possible, but they also have huge needs on D

Neither miami or St Louis are gonna take McFadden, Atlanta maybe, but it seems more likely they go with Ryan...Oakland? they have a good ground game already and need help on the d-line

KC? LJ...and o-line is crying for help

Jets? this is probably the team most likely to take him...so if they go D, Dmac slides down to 10, since i seriously, seriously doubt Belichik takes him

This is of course assuming noone trades up to take him before 10, but it doesn't seem so far fetched does it?

We will have to jump Cinci at 9 and then its possible that he will fall to 8.

If he shows that he can play the NT spot we will have to go to 6 [insert Sulli posts here].

Ellis is exactly what the defense needs so why not be aggressive.

If the Saints draft him at 10, will he make more money than he did at USC?

:D

That is funny and yeah he probably would, but he wouldn't get the meal plan like he did in college.

Ellis is what the Saints need he is a winner he trains/prepares and plays like a winner.

Reggie should ask him to tank a little in the senior bowl... I mean just a little?

ellis and dorsey are even so dont say almost as good DR, Ellis can go everything that Dorsey can
