Help could be on the way for troubled Saints running back Reggie Bush in Bobby Jackson, who is credited with turning around the career of Ronnie Brown while the Miami Dolphins running back coach last season. Jackson is available after being let go by the new regime at Miami.

I not sure but isn't this the same Bobby Jackson who coached the Bronco's RB a couple of year ago.

Not trying to make a comparison, but the guy coached Marshall Faulk in his prime. He can be exactly what Reggie needs in his current stage of development.

So as far as we know, the Saints have not even spoken to Jackson.

Even though I have my concerns about the wisdom of exposing Reggie to the pounding that a 20-25 carries per game running back takes I feel that the areas where the majority of Reggie's improvement must come from is in between the ears and right behind the sternum.

If Jackson gets that in order then he'd be an excellent hire.
