Thoughts on today's NFL: 46-25-1 YTD

First game: By far the worst to play. No good angles. Flip a coin. I typically like dogs in high-spread situations, but the Lions worry me as a team that could crash back down to earth, especially just as the hype has started that they've turned a corner.

Second game: I'll be on the Giants +10 I think. Cowboys played the game of their lives last week winning 40-3. My trend is to bet against teams coming of a blowout win and for teams that got blown out in a loss the week prior. There's also the division-game factor.

Third game: Again, there's the fact that the Vikings got blown out 40-3 a week prior to think about. They are still 8-2. The Patriots also won a huge game against the supposedly resurgent Jets last week that may have drained them a bit. I'd lean Vikings.

Now that I've written that out, I'll probably go 0-3, especially because I've been scorching hot lately, but that's my thinking.

These games today are interesting.

Lions are 7-2 ATS in their last 9. There’s some value in the line and definitely some interest in the total and team totals

Man, Vegas is BEGGING for Giants money today with that line. It’s Giants or nothing for me even though the Boys are clearly the better team and have the best player in the stadium and maybe the NFL on their side. First two games just don’t have a ton of value, but value can be found in both.

Vikings have by far the most value of the day, so they’ll probably lose lol but I’ll be on them

I’ve already bet Giants +10 just in case it goes to 9.5 later. 100% on Vikings later but haven’t bet it yet.

The Lions are just fun to root for, I wish our guys played that freaking hard.

Teams that can run the ball give the Bills some issues and I think with the 1-2 punch the Lions have they can keep it close. The X factor of course is turnovers and special teams. They give up a td on special teams, super short fields, or get crushed in the turnover department it’ll get out of hand.
