A win over San Antonio is a win over boredom. (1 Viewer)

Time to wake up now, your boredom is finally over.. How about them Hornets puttin that whippa-peel on the Spurs?

That's 4 championships the residents of New Orleans wished they had.

*Gutta Nate doesn't see the Saints bringing them any one of these championships anytime soon and most likely never will*

I can't say for sure if i'd appreciate any championship where people didn't want to watch it, and trust me, people in general don't want to watch the spurs play (See ratings for Spurs vs. pistons) Maybe i'm wrong.

why are we talking about the spurs when the hornets are the team we should talk about. 31-12 and just beat the defending champions by 24 on their own floor boring or not it doesnt matter. Geaux Hornets!!!!!!!!!!

Saints fans who dont usually go to hornets games come and help out the hornets we need all the help we can get. this is a fun and exciting team. you will have fun.

It doesn't matter if people didn't want to see the Spurs play the Pistons in the NBA Finals. What does matter is the city of San Antonio has 4 championships to celebrate while New Orleans has none. But there's hope New Orleans. Cause there's only one team in this city that realistically has a chance of bringing home a championship to New Orleans. All it needs is your support to help push them to the top. But guess what? That team is not the Saints:no:

I agree with you.

I personally boycotted the Spurs/Pistons Finals in 2005. I did not watch a second of that series.

I hate the Spurs and Tim Duncan as much, if not more, than the Falclowns and Cowgirls.

Actually, I think it does matter. People flat out don't mention the spares in the same sentences as the Yankees of the late '90's, the Cowboys of the '90's the Celtics and Lakers of the 80's so on and so forth. The Spurs style of play, while fundamentally sound, are straight up boring. This Hornets team is more fun to watch. Don't hate, appreciate.

Spurs are not boring. That's a myth because of their personalities, the way they play the game is fun to watch IMO. They are specialists like the Hornets. I guess I'm the only one who likes watching a good post player, but this teams got more to offer than Duncan. Ginobli is one of the most exciting players in the league and Parker puts up some crazy shots in the lane.

I find the nonspecialist teams like the Mavs and Hawks boring. Everyone on the team can do the same things and so they play 1 on 1.

I think the only reason ppl call the Spurs boring is because everyone else says so, so they look for it to be boring.

IMO the must fun play of the year:

I think the Spurs being boring is a myth also. They don't have any loudmouth stars so they come off as boring. They have great players on that team, Duncan, Parker, Ginobli(sp), etc. There's a reason they have all those championships. They play great basketball, the right way. The Spurs are a 'Team' team.

The Hornets are also a 'Team' team. That's why they are going to play in the post season.
