(Actress Sean) Young was physically thrown out of the Directors Guild of America bash Saturday night for heckling "La Vie en Rose" star Marion Cotillard, then insulting Julian Schnabel, director of "The Diving Bell and the Butterfly."

LA gossip site Defamer.com reports Young "began screaming in French" when Cotillard took the stage at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza to present an award. Young could be heard "breaking into song."

But it was when Schnabel took the stage to make a brief speech "that she really went kook, yelling at him to 'get on with it' and to 'move it on' . . . Julian yelled back at her to 'have another drink, honey' and started to leave the stage before the crowd yelled at him to stay," Defamer reports.
"He continued to talk, and Sean stood up and made a big production of putting on her white fur coat, walking around in a circle and then taking her seat again."

Yes, she put on a homemade costume and accosted Tim Burton on-set, IIRC.

It seems like i have seen really attractive pictures of this lady in which she did not have bushy eyebrows or a drawn expression. i just can't seem to find any. maybe she has removed them all from teh interwebs.

She was actually okay in "No Way Out" with Costner, but yeah she's always had a reputation for being off her rocker-- I remember seeing her on a talk show years ago where she was ragging on James Woods, telling all these stories about him and calling him "The Pockmarked One" ... She definitely came across as the deranged, psycho ex-girlfriend when I saw that.

i was looking for a "good" picture.

Like, "I am being paid Hollywood money, even if only for a couple of glorious years, and I employ a stylist, a makeup artist, a hair artists, and a professional photographer."

Though in the first link, she DOES look like an almost-Holly-Hunter.

Oh, give me a break.

i feel for anyone who enters rehab these days to seriously address their substance issues, what with the glut of ill-bred and/or poorly-behaved creatures who just check in to hide for a while. It must be distracting to try and focus on one's recovery and be confronted with someone who is rude, and likely not serious about being there.
