best offense ever gets handled by a very good defense. our defense needs to improve big time before we have a legit shot at winning a superbowl. before we talk about last years colts team( who's defense didnt play well in the regular season but played very very well in the playoffs), they are the exception and not the rule.

Guys, we are wasting Brees as long as we dont give him a good Defense to help him out. Eli Manning, like I said in another post, is no where near the QB #9 is for this team, Eli has a running game and a better D to help him win.

Yep, a high powered Offense is fun to watch and exciting. But......the Giants swarming, agrressive Defense is what won the game. The Patriots Defense looked old late in the game.....

well, the pats did drop 2 int's on the last drive. harrison played his butt off all game(was my mvp had the pats won) and had excellent coverage on the tyree catch, tyree just made a excellent catch. hobbs just got burnt.

The Giants D is also aggressive they dictate what the Offense can do, not the read and react of the Gibbs/Saints. But the thing that impressed me the most was the number of the guys the Giants rotated at DT and DE. Most of their backups look better than the Saints' starters.....
