get your questions in... I honestly think if he can run a 4.49 (or lower) he'll go in the 1st. He's one of the better man CBs in the draft... his only "?" is his speed... but rarely did you see anyone run by him.

May be a homer pick... but if we fix our MLB problems in FA I wouldn't mind seeing him in the 2nd round if he can show some speed at the combine and his pro day.

If he runs in the 4.4's, I wouldn't mind taking him in the 2nd, though I think he'd be a great fit for someone like Indianapolis/Chicago/Tampa.

Ideally, Ellis/Dorsey would fall to us at 10, then we'd have a choice out of Mayo, Highsmith, Lofton, and Bell in the 2nd.

IMO because of Mckenzie's injury we need to add a solid veteran corner and a rookie who could push for playing time.

thats what is so funny about CB's he would be a GREAT Cover 2 CB IMO butmay justbe ok in a system like ours. guys like that sometimes fall in the draft.

Dude I doubt LSU ever ran a cover 2... ever... that's all the do is play man press. His speed may call him a cover-2 CB, but that's not what he has played the last 3-4 years I've watched him at LSU.

Whats even crazier is... Malcomn Jenkins (OSU) played in a zone-happy scheme at OSU, yet folks pegged him as a man-CB because of his speed.

If he runs in the 4.4s at the combine he'll go right after DRC, Jenkins, and McElvin.

i love chevis jackson. i see him in much the same light as hester in that they both don't have great measurables, but always made plays when it counted. i hope he doesn't run fast at the combine and slips so we have a chance to pick him up in a later round. even in the senior bowl he played well and practiced well. he was my favorite player this year for lsu. the guy knows football and all of these lsu guys seem to be workmen on and off the field. my feelings are if the guy can play- and he has shown that he can last year at lsu- then he can play. i would love to see him in black and gold, and i think that he will be a player on sundays

during senior bowl week several different reporters where saying he was the best cover corner in the draft. the only question is his speed.

in several big mocks ive seen he is going in the 4th or 5th round. i think he is a steal in the 3rd and even worth our second.
