to win one more big game. If the Saints beat the Ravens then I am really going to believe. I guess the bandwagon only has room if you keep winning.

A win over the Ravens on Sunday would be huge! It would put us in the position to win all our home games.

Does anyone know if we have ever done that?

By the way Andrus, New Site looks great. It must reflect your desire to do the best at what you do. I am sure in your business that turns into money for you! Good Job!

I can't be sure 100%, but I would almost bet a months pay we have never won all of our home games.

Most HOME VICTORIES

5 - 12/31/90 through 10/20/91 Over two Seasons

5 - 10/11 through 12/3/92 In one season

LA Rams
Tampa
Washington

Atlanta.

Finished 12-4

We did make the playoffs

Depending on our record, this could be the game of the year on New Year's Eve! (Although I hope we have won the division and homefield throughout and the game is meaningless:huh:)

actually i believe that if we win this game, the focus will turn to "can they win a big game on the road?" Then the pitt game will be our next "test"

Up until the Philly game, I have been telling myself, " Youve felt like this for years, so dont get to excited yet" , but after the philly game, I had my wife punch me to see if I was dreaming... and my nose was bleeding black and gold.

The Next Game will always be the Biggest Game when you come out the gates like this.

I remember we only lost one divisional game last time we made the playoffs and we also had a ridiculous record on the road. The lonewolf loss coming to the Falcons in Atlanta, I believe?

The Saints have always played like garbage at home. In years past it wasa relief to see the Saints playing on the road.

I told myself if we beat the Turds, we had a chance.

I told myself if we beat the Iggles, we were a legit playoff contender. Still too early to tell though, IMO.

Now I'm saying if we beat the Ratbirds, we're a top team in the league. No playoffs would be a huge disappointment. Lets make it happen.

I don't think it would ever be meaningless, at least not for me. I'd hate to have the Saints go deep into the playoffs and the kitty fans be able to say they swept us. I remember in 2002 when we swept the Bucs. That's the year they won the SB. To this day I remind them of that sweep.:hihi:

That's the mentality anyway. It seems that the media and even Saints fans keep saying, "If we win next week..." Well, why is it always "If"? Let's have faith and believe in them now. What happens if we lose next week? Are we all of the sudden a bad team? I don't think so.

Assuming things keep going the way they are, I do believe this game will be for the division title, but I think both teams will be in the playoffs (certainly hope we are!). It's amazing to see the Saints making most prognosticators' lists of playoff teams at this point (most of whom wrote us off before the season began)!
