That's terrible. I had a client that had pancreatic cancer. It is very aggressive. Back in 1995 there wasn't a lot they could do for it. I guess it is still the same.

Pancreatic Cancer is one of the least treatable types of cancers.
I've had a few close to us die from it.

One had the surgery, one did not.

The surgery didn't seem to make a difference.

They were both given 6 months to live. They both passed away in about a four month

period.

It is sad news,and I"m sorry for the Swayzes and wish them well, but it is more upsetting when you see someone close to you affected with cancer.

I feel for those less fortunate, who are unable to receive medical care to get some kind of relief.

I do wish for better treatment options for this type of cancer and for a cure in general would be nice.

There isn't. The problem with internal organ cancers is that they present almost no symptoms in the patient until near the end. And then, there's nothing that can be done outside of radical therapies that may help to slow the progression but in and of themselves can be more disabling to the patient.

Swayze should turn the silver screen into real life and go the way he did in Point Break.
