Chaz Schilens, WR, San Diego State.
Never a standout player on his college team, but caught from a solid QB. His pro day was today:
WR Chaz Schilens (6-4, 208): Ran the 40 in 4.38 and 4.39, had a 43-inch vertical jump, 10-foot, 3-inch long jump, 4.25 short shuttle, 6.84 cone drill, and ran position drills.

I had to post those numbers. 43 inch vertical, 4.3 speed and he's 6-4.
7th round please.

Adarius Bowman is this year's Marques Colston, in terms of size and production. Even though he wont go in the 7th round, Bowman could easily be the best WR in the draft.

He is 6-4, 220lb. Reminds me of Andre Johnson.

Marques Colston has seen some of the highest production (THE highest?) in the history of the NFL in his first 2 seasons as a WR. I don't think there will ever be a "this years' Colston". The dude is such a gem. Although I get what you are going for :)

I know I mean he might be a WR who you get in the 7th who comes in, wins a spot and shows his talent. The reason you draft him, as he didn't stand out much in college other than that he was the starter for Hofstra, is because of his measurables and pro day results.
After maybe week 4 Colston just blew us all away. I don't think any reciever will ever do that as a Saint again.
I can only think off the top of my head of Moss, Boldin, and Colston who have come to their teams and had such a massive impact. Moss was a 1st rounder, Boldin a second, and Colston nearly Mr Irrelevant.

Lol, I know its weird but I judge players by their last names if it doesnt sound right to me most likely they won't amount to much. Just try it on yo fav playas n then da playa who suck, don't the good players have better last names, Lol. I know I'm weird.

I like the thought, but Colston was about as major of a sleeper you get. When was the last time pick 252 STARTED the first game of the season? Something like that does not happen very often. I would bet last year, there was no "this years Colston", which makes me think that each year fans will be trying to decide "who is the next Colston?" Its fun for us, but if a player makes it to the combine and anaylists are saying "this guy could be a sleeper, or another Colston" then he wont be. Colston was on no ones radar and I don't believe he was even invited to the combine.

Why would anyone make an account just to make fun of other Saints fans who like a certian player?

You know what,,, I notice the same thing.

Dammit, Oakland just picked him. Was sure thanks to Paytons SDSU ties he would be a Saint in 7th/UDFAs.
Sorry for bumping an old thread but didn't want to start a new one.
