If Dallas offered their 2 picks in the first round (picks 22 and 28) and their 4th round pick for our 1st and 3rd round picks, should we take it (assuming Elllis and Dorsey are gone)?

Dallas aren't interested in trading with Baltimore, Cincinnati before us???? (all AFC, the Falcons took less from Oakland than the NY Giants because they wanted to deal outer conference). Buffalo and Denver pick after us and are both AFC. The player targeted is presumably if McFadden falls, who Dallas knows they can get at #12 trading with Denver as we will not pick him and Buffalo took Marshawn Lynch last year. It makes perfect sense the Cowboys want to give an NFC competitor 2 1st round picks when they can get the same player later, give him less money, give less up in the trade and deal out of the conference......................

If Jones is going to trade his two first's it'll be with the bengals and he'll take McFadden, as thats the value of those 2 firsts. Why would he wait and take the chance of someone picking him to go out of his way to deal with us?
