True, but for the same reason Harper got yanked, David should have too. Not for a whole game or anything, but pull the guy and show him that he can be pulled like anyone else. For the most part, pulling a guy is usually an effective way of getting the player to gain a new perspective on his play on the field. I think that should have been done in the same context as the Harper pulling. Besides, would that have been a bad or worse thing? David got burnt repeatedly and so would his replacement.
