Because players at smaller schools haven't been tested consistently against the highest talent in college football? :shrug:

You're right in a sense, it's been proven that players can rise above the small school status if they are truly talented. However,it doesn't matter who the player is, they are certainly at a disadvantage for having played against inferior college competition. I don't see how that can be disputed.

Players like Colston, Mathis, Jerry Rice, Walter Payton, etc....those are the exceptions rather than the rule.
