whatever man, look at my answers on LOCAL government and free markets(which also includes charites, churhces, community organizations etc...) did i mention the American public is the most giving nation in the world. and this is not even talking about tax dollars, this is charitable donations.

The FEDERAL government is NOT the answer to social issues.
