What time is the NFL draft?

I've seen commericals and various websites advertising the dates... but none have mentioned the start time. Given the changes in the draft - such as day 1 is only rounds 1 and 2 and that they have shortened round 1 selections to 10 minutes... wasn't sure how the start time might be affected since they want it to be more TV friendly.
