Giants and Saints still talking?

I hear all this talk about how Shockey is a "team killer"... yet his "team" just won the SUPERBOWL

I know he was hurt the last part of the season and through the playoffs.. but cmon, the man is a great competitor and (if healthy) would be a GREAT addition to the offense.. something this team has needed for a while now.

Everyone saw how much better we moved the ball when the Tight end (normally billy miller) was involved... Shockey just adds another dimension to the offense and if we can get him for a reasonable price I am all for it

Without him on the field I might add. Also, he couldn't even be on the sideline for his team during the SB? I feel that the huddle and offense ran much smoother without him.

That doesn't mean to imply that he'll always be that way because sometimes a change of scene is best. Maybe it could work. I hear he didn't respect Eli and that matters alot. If you can't take direction from your QB, the guy you don't respect, then what are you doing?
