Bacon Salt

Pfft. Bacon, pork chops, ham and pork ribs all taste different. But amazingly come from the same magical animal. :hihi:

But in addition to the bacon salt, I might also put some slices of raw bacon on the pork ribs and let it all smoke for about 5 hours over some pecan/mesquite wood mixture. Yeah buddy.

That sounds good, I rub ribs with brown sugar, paprika, white pepper, and cayenne. We don't use much salt, I'm borderline hypertensive as it is!
