Exactly! I think I am just missing home or something. I don't really like when a restaurant from, let's say, Virginia takes a ckicken breast, throws way too much cayenne pepper on it, slaps it between to slices of bread and calls it a cajun chicken club or whatever. I will go there for lunch and ask them what a Cajun is and why would they would name their fried chicken after my entire Buras/Burat family tree.
