Keep my 360 or trade for PS3?

I have a year old 360(no hdmi) with 120hd. It runs fine but someone at work is looking to trade his 80hd PS3 for an xbox. I don't play that much anymore so I would only do it to get the blu ray player. I'm just looking for opinions from people who have played both.
