Bush: 'I'll be ready to go'

Saints rookie tailback Reggie Bush sat out the bulk of Wednesday's practice because of his sprained left ankle, but he proclaimed himself ready to get back into full-scale action, perhaps as early as today.
"It's fine; I could have practiced today, but I guess the trainers felt we should give it a day's rest, no rush," Bush said. "That's the only reason I didn't practice today. I could have practiced."
Bush, who said he initially injured the ankle in the first game of the season at Cleveland, at the same time he also slightly twisted his left knee, said he experienced some minor swelling in the ankle.
